Job summary

Ironclad is seeking a Director of GTM Engineering & Systems Architecture to build agentic systems that power our revenue engine. This hands-on leadership role will direct GTM engineers, systems architects, and CRM developers while shaping autonomous agents that reduce manual work.

The candidate will design a world-class revenue tech stack, align data warehouse, CRM, and autonomous systems, and lead strategic tech decisions proving impact across the revenue stack.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience building AI systems and managing GTM tech stacks.
• Proven track record shipping production AI agents or LLM-powered systems.
• Experience leading CRM and CPQ platform teams with GTM complexity.
• Builder mindset: able to write code and ship systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy autonomous agents to automate GTM workflows across Revenue.
• Own how agents connect to CRM, data warehouse, and revenue stack.
• Implement guardrails like human-in-the-loop reviews and transparent permissions.
