Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Director, GTM AI Engineering to lead the AI Engineering effort for GTM, collaborating with Data Science, Analytics, and Data Engineering to accelerate Sales, Customer Success, and Support. Qualifications

• 10+ years across software engineering, ML, data science, or data platforms with leadership.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM applications and agentic workflows.
• Production full-stack and cloud engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Prototype, ship, and iterate on AI agents, copilots, and workflow automations for GTM teams.
• Own the architecture of the shared GTM AI platform and related gateways.
• Design evaluation frameworks for LLM/agent behavior and run them in development and production.
• Lead with AI day-to-day using agents and coding assistants.
• Set the strategy and governance for GTM AI data foundations and observability.
