Job summary

Lowe’s in Mooresville, NC is hiring for a senior strategy leader focused on organic and inorganic growth and performance improvement. You will work within the Enterprise Strategy team to shape multi-year plans, lead acquisition opportunities, and drive value across the organization.

You will collaborate with SVP/VP levels, manage a deal execution team, and mentor junior staff while delivering actionable strategic insights to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in strategy advisory, management consulting, or M&A related roles.
• Experience guiding large, complex organizations and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive multi-year growth and performance initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end M&A and partnership processes with due diligence and integration planning.
• Translate strategy into project plans and oversee delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Provide regular updates to executives and maintain accountability across functions.
• Mentor junior team members and build internal relationships to gain buy-in.
