Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience in a related field.
• 7 years of progressive corporate and/or executive search recruiting in complex markets.
• 5 years leading full-cycle executive or senior leadership searches.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex executive searches across multiple functions and VP-level roles.
• Advise senior leaders with market intelligence, insights, and leadership hiring recommendations.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies targeting passive leadership talent.
• Map markets, assess compensation, and identify succession-ready talent pools.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive candidates and networks.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders and HR Partners to define leadership success profiles.
