Lowe’s is seeking a Merchandising Portfolio Manager to drive high-priority initiatives at our Mooresville headquarters. You will lead cross-functional teams, frame strategic opportunities, and ensure delivery from problem definition through pilot and ongoing ownership.

Collaborating with senior leaders, you will establish governance, manage risks, and align initiatives with Merchandising and enterprise priorities to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Qualificações

• 7+ years leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrix organization.
• 5+ years partnering with senior and executive leaders to diagnose complex business problems and translate priorities into actionable initiatives.
• 5+ years leading projects with cross-functional governance, milestones and risk management.
