Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 12 years professional experience in progressively responsible roles across functions
• 8 years function-specific experience in strategy, transformation, or analytics
• 7 years leadership experience across leaders or multidisciplinary teams
• Experience advising executive leaders and translating objectives into multi-functional plans

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Business Solutions function with a repeatable enterprise approach
• Translate performance data into actionable insights and prioritize issues
• Frame problems with hypotheses, integrate data and business context
• Translate solutions into clear objectives and coordinate across functions
• Oversee design, testing, and implementation of complex engagements
• Establish executive cadence to measure progress and drive interventions
• Develop leaders and repeatable practices for enterprise problem solving
