Job summary

Prologis is looking for a Director of Development for Energy Storage to manage a significant energy storage portfolio across the Western United States. This person will lead project origination and execution, ensuring successful development from start to finish.

The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of experience in utility-scale energy project development, especially with battery energy systems. Full-time roles come with a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare and a generous PTO policy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience developing utility-scale energy projects, including battery energy storage systems.
• Experience managing multiple projects through site control, permitting, interconnection, and pre-construction milestones.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Prologis' grid-scale energy storage pipeline.
• Support project advancement through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee project development activities including feasibility studies and budgeting.
