Job summary

Prologis seeks a Project Developer, Energy for the West Region to lead solar PV and energy storage initiatives within the Distributed Energy Solutions team. You will collaborate with sustainability leaders to advance energy solutions supporting Prologis’ net zero by 2040 goals and execute the regional market strategy.

You will build direct relationships with customers and partners, own the end-to-end development process from idea to shovel-ready, and leverage the broad Prologis organization for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the energy sector.
• 2+ years of sales or project development with quotas.
• Proven ability to develop a multi-site portfolio of projects and MW targets.
• Experience with forecasting, pipeline and workflow management.
• Experience managing outside partners (i.e., EPC, engineering, etc.).
• Experience with a CRM system. Salesforce preferred.
• Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-player, relationship-builder and collaborative nature.
• Willingness to travel 25%.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of project development with Prologis execution team staff and outside partners.
• Work with Energy origination teams to meet contracted revenue targets.
• Forecast and plan the West U.S. addressable market and identify new programs.
• Drive marketing efforts and represent Prologis at conferences and events.
