Job summary

Prologis is seeking a Project Developer, Energy for the West Region. You will lead solar PV and energy storage development, collaborate with sustainability leaders, and drive revenue targets while delivering energy solutions aligned with Prologis’ net-zero by 2040 mission.

You will manage relationships with customers and partners, guide internal teams from idea to shovel-ready, and leverage Prologis’ experienced staff to ensure a top-tier customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in the energy sector.
2+ years of experience in Sales and/or Project Development in a quota-driven environment.
Demonstrated ability to develop a multi-site portfolio of projects with MW targets.
Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and workflow management.
Experience managing outside partners (EPC, engineering, etc.).
Experience with a CRM system (Salesforce preferred).
Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
Team-player, relationship-builder and collaborative.
Willingness to travel 25%.

Responsibilities

Direct all aspects of project development with Prologis execution team staff and outside partners, covering origination, interconnection, engineering, project underwriting, construction, and operations.
Work with Energy origination teams to meet contracted revenue targets.
Forecast and plan the West U.S. addressable market, identifying new utility programs or technologies.
Drive marketing efforts in the region with the sustainability team and represent Prologis at conferences.
