Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Director of Property (D1) to lead the capital, government, and US Government property functions for our Defense Systems Sector. This role reports to the Sector Director Sr.

Director of Contracts Compliance, Global Trade and Property, with duties across multiple facility sites including Roy, UT. The Director will provide strategic leadership, develop customer relations, and ensure compliance with government requirements in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal contracting regulations.
• Experience leading Government Property teams and audits.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage government/customer and company property functions across the sector.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and government requirements.
• Interface with customers, auditors, and senior management on property matters.
