Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Director of Property to lead capital, customer, and government property functions across the Defense Systems Sector. The role requires strategic leadership, interfacing with customers and auditors, and coordinating with senior management in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and Federal contracting regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in Government Property management or Master’s with 8+ years in Government Property management.
• Knowledge of the DFARS business systems.
• Knowledge of the SOX reporting requirements.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in leading Government Property teams.
• Experience supporting property audits and PMSAs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• 50% travel is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of property professionals in the management and administration of government/customer and company property.
• Set/implement the strategic direction for the Government Property organization.
• Establish/implement property procedures to ensure compliance with NG and government/customer requirements.
• Maintain compliant Government Property operations in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as primary interface to customers, auditors, and senior management for property matters.
• Identify and implement tools to track and report on government/customer property.
• Develop and generate key property reporting information and metrics.
• Ensure compliance to FAR/DFARS and associated Federal Contracting regulations.
• Develop and implement processes for self-assessments and inventories.
• Continuously review and improve property management processes.
• Execute property initiatives to support business financial objectives.
