Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Director of Property (D1) to lead the capital, customer, and US Government property functions for our sector. This role will reside at multiple sites including Warner Robins, GA, and requires 50% travel.

You will set strategic direction, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, manage inventories, and serve as the primary interface with customers and auditors while building a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in Government Property
• Experience with FAR/DFARS compliance
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of property professionals for government/customer property
• Develop and implement property processes in compliance with FAR/DFARS
• Interface with customers, auditors and senior management
• Ensure property reporting and metrics are generated
