Servier is seeking a Director, Government Pricing and Operations to lead pricing integrity and regulatory reporting for U.S. government contracts. You will oversee AMP, Best Price, ASP, 340B pricing calculations and ensure compliance across CMS and state programs.

The role requires 8–10+ years in pharma pricing, strong leadership, and strategic collaboration with Finance and GTN. Boston-based preferred, remote possible for exceptional candidates, with ~20% travel.

Competenze

• 8-10+ years in pharma/biotech with 5+ years in Government Pricing
• Oncology or Rare Diseases experience preferred
• Expert knowledge of CMS/Medicaid rebate system and government pricing calculations
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented with leadership experience

Mansioni

• Govern pricing & regulatory compliance across CMS and state programs.
• Lead calculation, validation, and submission of government pricing metrics (AMP, Best Price, ASP, 340B).
• Oversee contract administration, rebate operations, and CMS data integrity.
• Manage CoT validation, audits, and documentation of processes.
