Servier is seeking a Director of Government Pricing and Operations in Boston. You will lead the pricing engine, ensure compliant reporting to federal and state programs, and manage complex rebate adjudications and class-of-trade validations.

The role drives policy updates and contractual considerations across government pricing programs. The position requires 8-10+ years in pharma/biotech with deep CMS/Medicaid expertise, and leadership of analyst teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced financial degree preferred.
• 8-10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech with at least 5 years in Government Pricing and Contract Administration.
• Oncology or Rare Diseases experience highly preferred.
• Expert knowledge of CMS/Medicaid rebate systems and government pricing regulations.

Responsabilités

• Lead accurate calculation, validation, and submission of government pricing metrics (AMP, Best Price, ASP, 340B, etc.).
• Oversee contract administration, rebate operations, and CMS data integrity.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliant reporting to CMS and OIG.
• Direct audit responses for government contracts and pricing.
• Manage a team of pricing/contract analysts and drive process automation.
