• Lead Government Pricing calculations, methodologies and reporting obligations.
• Oversee AMP, BP, ASP, NonFAMP and 340B calculations and compliance.
• Lead analytics and scenario planning for Medicaid, Medicare, 340B considerations.
• Support contract negotiations and ensure viability of rebate/payments.
• Oversee state price transparency reporting and regulatory updates.
• Mentor and develop team members; lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead external audits and SOX compliance activities.
