Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring a Director Google Growth in the New York area to drive growth with Google Cloud offerings. The role focuses on engaging CIO/CXO level clients, building strong Google partnership ties, and delivering compelling, price-competitive solutions across North America.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams to craft winning propositions, manage deal reviews, and steer pricing and delivery models while expanding TCS capabilities with top hyperscalers.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• MBA or Bachelors in IT/Computers/Engineering.
• 4–5 years partner/business development with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure or Google).
• Excellent client-facing skills at CIO/CXO levels.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand requirements and build relationships.
• Collaborate with Google to build local partnerships and drive joint solutions.
• Show how Google Cloud solves business problems for customers.
• Draft technical aspects of proposals and participate in bid processes.
• Prepare RFIs/RFPs/RFQs with solution analysis and delivery dates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand TCS offerings deeply.
• Monitor technology trends and integrate them into offerings.
• Ensure designs, estimates and pricing align with architecture standards and targets.
• Advise CXOs on strategy, solution propositions and business cases.
• Lead cross-functional teams to assemble winning propositions.
• Develop effort estimates and deal pricing; define SLA and delivery models.
• Engage with intermediaries like ISG, BCG, Gartner to position TCS abilities.
