The Senior Director of Pricing Strategy at Acuity Inc. partners with the VP of Pricing to shape pricing across major commercial initiatives, leading project pricing, price realization, segmentation, and portfolio pricing for profitable growth.

Based remotely with a home base in Atlanta, GA, the role requires travel 1-20% and collaborates with Sales, Product Management, Finance, Technology, and Pricing Operations to translate insights into strategic actions.

• Experience leading major cross-functional pricing initiatives.
• Ability to coach and develop pricing talent.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Partner to VP Pricing: primary thought partner on pricing strategy and major commercial decisions.
• Enterprise Pricing Strategy: develop and evolve pricing frameworks across products, projects, customers, channels, and markets.
• Project Pricing Leadership: analyze pricing performance, discounting, target prices, and profitability.
• Market & Competitive Strategy: build systematic competitive intelligence and translate insights into actions.
• Price Realization Leadership: identify drivers and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve performance.
• Portfolio & Lifecycle Pricing: define pricing strategies through product lifecycles.
• Strategic Pricing Programs: redesign major pricing programs and structures.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: drive alignment across Sales, Product, Finance, Tech, Operations.
• Executive Insights: translate market info into recommendations for senior leadership.
• Pricing Capability Development: establish frameworks, analytics, and best practices.
• Mentorship: coach Directors, Managers, and analysts.
