Job summary

Sierra Medical Center, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Hospital Administrative Director of Graduate Medical Education (ADME) to oversee GME/UME programs and lead ACGME accreditation initiatives across the institution.

The ADME will direct administrative operations, supervise program managers/coordinators, and partner with the DIO and Hospital leadership to advance residency and fellowship programs, ensuring timely documentation and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Update ACGME ADS and ensure submissions by the DI due date.
• Prepare/update the Annual Institutional Review (A.I.R.) and coordinate approvals through the DIO and GMEC/ Hospital Board as required.
• Prepare/update resident and faculty agreements and coordinate with contracts for legal review.
• Assist DIO to ensure smooth transitions for PDs, APDs, and Core Faculty into employment by HCA.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in education, healthcare administration or related field

Master’s degree preferred

Medical Education certification (C-TAGME) preferred
