ZS is seeking a seasoned Workplace Experience Director to lead a broad function across multiple offices in the United States. You will drive service delivery, talent development, and vendor governance while aligning workplace strategy with business goals.

The role requires extensive experience leading managers and multi-team operations, with a focus on operational excellence and employee experience. Hybrid work and travel are core aspects of the role.

Formación

• Ten or more years in the field with advanced technical and operational expertise

Responsabilidades

• Drive workplace experience delivery across multiple offices and locations to ensure consistent execution of services
• Manage and develop manager-level and senior workplace talent, including coaching and performance management
• Oversee staffing capacity, workload allocation, and service coverage across workplace teams
• Reinforce and elevate workplace service standards and employee experience expectations
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align workplace services strategy with business needs
• Drive cross-location coordination to address escalated workplace issues
• Own vendor governance across locations with SLA adherence and risk management
• Oversee complex vendor relationships and service delivery issues
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and operational enhancements
• Guide managers in day-to-day team leadership and workforce planning
• Establish onboarding and capability-building across teams
• Represent workplace experience in cross-functional discussions
• Cultivate a collaborative, innovative team environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
