Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Director, Material Movement & Production Supply to lead warehouse and production supply operations across our Costa Mesa headquarters and Orange County facilities. You will supervise managers and hundreds of hourly staff, ensure on-time line-side delivery, and oversee inbound receiving, kitting, and outbound shipping.

You will drive data-based staffing, safety, and cost control while launching the Long Beach campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering, business or related field, OR 15+ years of equivalent operations experience.
• 12+ years of experience in fulfillment, distribution, 3PL or warehouse operations with leadership of a high-volume site.
• 6+ years leading managers across multiple shifts/sites with 200+ hourly associates.
• Experience managing labor to engineered/measured productivity standards by process.
• Experience running warehouse operations on a warehouse management system.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations across headquarters and Orange County sites: receiving, put away, storage, picking, kitting, line-side delivery, and outbound shipping.
• Own the result production cares about most: zero line stoppages, dock-to-stock, on-time kit, and line-side fill rate with root-cause analysis.
• Build daily labor/productivity views from the system to staff every shift.
• Lead from the floor via Gemba walks and kaizen events targeting measurable problems.
• Own safety and cost: maintain zero recordables and manage the operating budget by site.
• Ensure strict transaction discipline and custody of government property, including segregation of export-controlled material.
