Canon Business Services seeks a Director of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS to lead global compensation and benefits programs and the HRIS platform. You will shape policy, design programs, and ensure compliant administration across the organization.

The role requires extensive HR leadership, analytical skills and experience in managing complex benefits, payroll and HR systems to support a large workforce.”

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge required.
• Minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in benefits, compensation and HRIS.
• Minimum of 10 years progressive Human Resources experience with a minimum of 3 years in management.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Presentation Software.
• Advanced knowledge of HR Database programs and report writing.

Responsabilités

• Directs compensation and benefits strategy, design and administration.
• Oversees HRIS system development, implementation and compliance.
• Advises sales and operations teams on client compensation issues.
• Negotiates benefit contracts and manages renewals.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
