Holman, a family-owned global automotive services organization, is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Solutions in Baltimore, MD. This leadership role drives procurement, pricing, supplier relations, and IT enhancements across the supply chain.

You will recruit and develop management staff, set policies, manage budgets, and collaborate with divisions to meet organizational goals while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years’ experience, 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience as a power user in ERP systems for inventory management and product attributes.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all acquisition and purchasing activities for Holman Supply Chain.
• Oversee development and execution of supply chain customer experience.
• Lead product design and quality assurance programs.
• Set pricing and maintain target margin levels.
• Establish KPIs and drive department performance.
