This role supports procurement operations, ordering with OEMs and dealers, and coordinating across logistics teams to ensure timely, accurate vehicle procurement and documentation.

The position emphasizes strong communication with dealerships, manufacturers, and internal partners, with a hybrid work arrangement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus.
• Knowledge of fleet management software is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Place factory and direct orders with OEMs and dealers accurately and timely.
• Procure stock vehicles from dealer inventory accurately and timely.
• Review orders to ensure all information is provided.
• Coordinate with internal partners and customers to obtain needed order details.
• Communicate with dealerships, manufacturers, spec analysts, and transport companies clearly.
• Maintain detailed records of procurement activities.
