Job summary

Holman seeks a Director of Supply Chain Solutions to lead procurement, pricing strategy, and end-to-end supply chain initiatives across the organization. The role requires 8+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong ERP/MS Office skills, with a track record in OEM/dealer relations and cross-functional leadership.

You will oversee IT enhancements, KPI-driven performance, budgeting, and staff development while aligning with corporate goals and delivering high service levels for fleet,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 8+ years’ experience, 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience as a power user in ERP systems for inventory management and product attributes.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
• Strong understanding of OEM, dealer and supplier relations.
• Experience with end-to-end supply chain for Fleet & Mobility and Manufacturing & Distribution clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all acquisition and purchasing activities.
• Oversee development and execution of supply chain customer experience.
• Oversee product design and quality assurance programs.
• Maintain product records accurately.
• Set pricing for products to work orders or distribution network.
• Maintain target margins through pricing strategies.
• Provide guidance on operations, capacity, scheduling and delivery.
• Manage procurement ensuring adherence to company policies.
