Job summary

Holman Enterprises seeks a Director of Supply Chain Solutions to lead the end‑to‑end supply chain across acquisitions, service delivery, and product quality. You will set pricing, manage margins, and drive IT improvements in core systems while building a high‑performing team.

You will guide strategic planning, capacity management, and supplier relations, recruit and develop leaders, and ensure policy adherence, budgets, and KPIs across the function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 8+ years’ experience, 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Power user in ERP for inventory management and product attributes.
• Proficient in MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
• Keen understanding of OEM, dealer and supplier relations and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all acquisition and purchasing activities in Holman’s Supply Chain (Acquisitions).
• Oversee development and execution of Holman’s supply chain customer experience (Service).
• Oversee product design and quality assurance programs.
• Maintain product records accurately.
• Set pricing for products to work orders or to distribution network.
• Maintain target margin levels through pricing strategies.
• Provide guidance on strategic planning, capacity management, and systems design.
• Manage procurement ensuring policy adherence across procurement, purchasing and supply chain functions.
• Lead IT advancements within key systems.
• Establish KPIs and use them to manage and improve departmental performance.
• Collaborate with leaders to meet departmental goals and provide guidance on projects and systems.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train management-level staff; provide performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with divisions to drive organizational goals and policies.
• Establish and communicate operations policies, standards and security measures.
• Manage departmental budgets and staffing/resource planning.
• Develop managers and supervisors; ensure adequate bench strength.
• Act as departmental leader for client support and service issues.
• Foster culture, teamwork and morale within the department.
