Qualifications

• Experience leading teams (4–5+ direct reports) in complex, high-pressure environments.
• Deep knowledge of material flow, production scheduling, supplier management, and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational supply chain execution from suppliers to manufacturing sites to ensure material availability.
• Identify and resolve disruptions in supply, capacity, logistics, and supplier performance.
• Drive innovation and capability transformation through data analytics, digital tools, and standardization.
