Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years’ experience, 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Power user of ERP for inventory management & product attributes.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all acquisition and purchasing activities for the Holman Supply Chain.
• Oversee development and execution of supply chain customer experience.
• Lead product design and quality assurance programs.
• Maintain product records and set pricing.
• Manage procurement to adhere to company policies.
• Establish KPIs and drive improvements across the department.
• Recruit, hire, and develop management staff.
• Collaborate with divisions to achieve organizational goals.
