You will set pricing, manage records, KPI-driven outcomes, and lead procurement, IT initiatives, and supplier relations in a collaborative, values-driven culture with a strong focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 8+ years’ experience, 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Power user in ERP systems for inventory management.
• Proficient in MS Office programs and SharePoint/Project/Visio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all acquisition and purchasing activities for Holman Supply Chain.
• Oversee development and execution of supply chain customer experience (Service).
• Oversee product design and quality assurance programs.
• Maintain product records and set pricing for work orders or distribution network.
• Manage procurement processes and ensure adherence to company policies.
