Job summary

Northwood Space seeks a Director, International Growth to drive expansion across international accounts and shape the company's strategy for sovereign and allied space priorities. You will build relationships with foreign governments and allied operators, partnering with leadership, product, and engineering to enable global wins.

You will navigate ITAR/EAR and other export controls, advise on funding structures, and travel internationally as needed to support an expanding international footprint.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of BD/growth experience for international space customers.
• Experience shaping or executing complex programs for sovereign or international customers.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work in-person in LA or DC.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business development across Northwood Space's international customer base.
• Develop and maintain relationships with foreign government space agencies and allied operators.
• Create and execute account and campaign strategies for priority international customers, sovereign opportunities, and global partnerships.
• Identify opportunities aligned to Northwood Space's capabilities in sovereign space communications, ground infrastructure, and international market access.
• Partner with product, engineering, mission management, and leadership to translate needs into strategy and execution.
• Provide insight into export controls, funding structures, and customer requirements.
