Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business development, growth, capture, program strategy, or related roles in commercial space or adjacent tech.
• Experience shaping or executing complex technical programs for commercial space customers with understanding of buying dynamics.
• Ability to work in-person in Los Angeles or Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business development and growth across Northwood's commercial customer base from first engagement to contract awards and expansion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with executives, procurement, and partners across commercial space operators.
• Create and execute account and campaign strategies for priority customers and segments.
• Identify opportunities in areas like commercial space communications, ground infrastructure, sensing, and data transport.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to translate customer needs into strategy and delivery.
• Provide market insight on dynamics and funding trends to inform product direction and growth plans.
