• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Business, Emergency Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or corporate risk/security.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-level security programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global security strategy and operations to protect employees and assets.
• Develop enterprise security risk management and crisis plans.
• Define security policies and operating models across regions.
• Oversee physical security systems and executive protection.
• Support travel security and incident response.
• Collaborate with EHS, Legal, HR, IT and Operations.
