Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Business, Emergency Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant security/risk experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-level security programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize global security risks as part of enterprise risk management.
• Define and execute a global security strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Oversee physical security, access control, surveillance, and guard programs.
• Support crisis management, incident response, and business continuity.
