Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Director of Global Security to lead security strategy, risk management, and executive protection across regions. The role reports to the Senior Director of Global EHS and is fully remote.

You will build world-class security programs, define policies, and oversee physical security, travel security, and crisis response in a cross-functional environment with EHS, Legal, HR, IT and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Business, Emergency Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant functional experience in security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or corporate risk/security.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-level security programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize global security risks as part of enterprise risk & threat management.
• Define and execute a global security strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Standardize site security risk assessments and mitigate risks across regions.
