Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, GSINC Value Realization within the Global Simplification and Innovation in Contracting program. You will lead the enterprise value framework, connect business cases to measurable outcomes, and partner across Finance, PMO, and technology to drive evidence-based decisions.

This role owns OKRs, KPI library, baselines, forecasts, and post‑implementation reviews, ensuring benefits are realized and retained. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, economics, strategy, operations, analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years in value realization, benefits management, finance, strategy, or related roles.
• Experience with OKRs, KPI design, baselining, forecasting, and post-implementation reviews.
• Ability to translate objectives into measurable benefit cases and dashboards.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsabilidades

• Own the integrated GSINC value-realization framework, taxonomy, evidence standards, decision rights, review cadence, and governance.
• Define how value progresses from hypothesis and approved business case through enabled, validated, realized, and sustained outcomes.
• Translate objectives into measurable benefit cases with baselines, methods, data sources, risks, and owners.
• Maintain the enterprise benefits register and ensure material benefits have validation paths.
• Lead development and tracking of enterprise OKRs and KPI library spanning delivery, adoption, operational, financial, risk, and stakeholder outcomes.
• Integrate data into dashboards and value scorecards explaining progress and action.
• Partner with Finance and benefit owners to validate assumptions, forecasts, and outcomes.
• Maintain traceability to the business case and distinguish savings, cost avoidance, productivity, risk reduction, and non-financial value.
• Connect milestones to roadmap, readiness, adoption, hypercare, and sustainment.
• Lead post-implementation reviews, identify leakage, and drive remediation or benefit retirement.
• Build value-management capability across teams and external partners.
• Set data requirements, quality expectations, and knowledge-transfer for run-state model.
