Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, GSINC Value Realization within the Global Simplification and Innovation in Contracting program (GSINC). You will tackle big, complex challenges and build evidence, insights, and decision systems to show value delivery across enterprise contracting.

You will partner with Finance, workstreams, PMO, and technology teams to connect delivery to outcomes, maintain the value framework and KPI library, and lead post-implementation reviews, ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, economics, strategy, operations, analytics, engineering, technology, life sciences, or a related field.
• 8+ years of value realization, benefits management, finance, strategy, or related roles.
• Experience with OKRs, benefit cases, KPI design, baselining, forecasting, and post-implementation review.
• Ability to integrate operational and financial data into actionable dashboards and executive insights.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the GSINC value-realization framework, taxonomy, evidence standards, and governance.
• Translate objectives into measurable benefit cases with documented assumptions and baselines.
• Maintain enterprise benefits register and validation paths for material benefits.
• Lead OKRs and KPI library across delivery, adoption, and financial outcomes.
• Integrate data into dashboards and value scorecards explaining progress and actions.
• Partner with Finance to validate assumptions, forecasts, and outcomes.
• Maintain traceability to the approved business case and classify value types.
• Connect milestones to roadmap, readiness, adoption, and sustainment.
• Lead post-implementation reviews and remediation of any leakage or unplanned value.
• Build value-management and analytics capability across teams and partners.
