Job summary

Purpose Brands Intermediate, LLC seeks a Director of Fintech Support to lead the strategy, performance, and governance of payment platforms and related financial workflows across franchisees, locations, and corporate teams.

You will manage onboarding, billing, refunds, disputes, settlements, and provider escalations while guiding global teams, partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, Security, and Compliance, and driving AI-enabled automation to improve service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

8+ years in technical support, payments support, fintech operations, or related service delivery.
3+ years in leadership managing managers and senior technical support professionals.
Experience across onboarding, billing, refunds, disputes, settlements, payouts, and provider escalations.

Responsibilities

Define and execute Fintech Support strategy, operating model, service standards, and improvement roadmap.
Oversee onboarding, billing, refunds, disputes, settlements, payouts, and provider escalation handling.
Lead global onshore, offshore, and international support teams and incident management.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Security, Compliance, and external providers.
