Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field; advanced MS degree desired.
• +5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, procurement or supply-chain operations in manufacturing or regulated environments; medical device exp. advantageous.
• Certifications such as CPM, CPSM, APICS, Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day supplier management activities and performance.
• Lead sourcing decisions within categories and monitor supplier performance.
• Collaborate with peers and cross‑functional partners to align sourcing with business needs.
• Negotiate high‑value contracts for strategic materials and complex components.
• Develop and execute global commodity strategies and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Apply Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes.
