Job summary

Ladders seeks a Director of Global Master Data Management & Data Governance for a remote leadership role in the Healthcare space. You will shape the enterprise data foundation and ensure high-quality master data across global operations, partnering with business, technology, and operations to set governance standards.

You will lead the MDM team, drive metrics, and push process and systems improvements that boost efficiency and decision-making, coordinating with stakeholders to define data system

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business or IT required; MBA or MS is a plus.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Prior people management experience.
• Experience creating master data management strategies.
• Proven track record of leading teams to achieve quality improvements.
• Strong project management and testing strategy skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Global Master Data Management & Data Governance to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape the enterprise data foundation that supports consistent, high-quality master data across global operations. The director will partner closely with business, technology, and operational stakeholders to define governance standards, strengthen data quality, and improve how key data domains are managed. The position also provides leadership to the master data management team while driving measurable process and systems improvements that support efficiency and better decision-making.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150,000 – $258,750 annually
