You will provide expert advice on deal structures, draft pivotal agreements, and help build scalable playbooks and training programs for the global deal function. Travel may occur as needed.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Recognized as guru or external expert in a function.
• Broad, deep expertise in leading-edge theories/techniques in own field.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate internal and manage external counsel due diligence reviews.
• Perform due diligence of potential targets.
• Prepare and present findings to stakeholders.
• Provide legal analysis and advice on deal structure.
• Draft and negotiate various deal documents.
• Assist in and advise on structuring divestitures.
• Lead deal team integration and cross-functional law department teams.
• Develop, implement and improve playbooks, processes and training.
