Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Interview Strategy & Solutions for an 18-month assignment in New Brunswick, NJ. The role will lead the transformation of how interview practices are designed and delivered globally, defining an enterprise-wide strategy and standards to improve hiring outcomes.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, Digital/IT and business leaders to build a multi-year roadmap, drive adoption of evidence-based interviewing, and ensure alignment across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Talent Acquisition, HR or enterprise function
• Experience leading enterprise-scale HR or talent solutions
• Strong communication and influencing skills required

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a global interview strategy aligned with priorities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of interview solutions, including tech selection and vendor partnerships
• Drive adoption of structured interviewing and change management across the enterprise
• Engage senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure strategy execution
