Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Portfolio Insights and Analysis to join the Global Commercial Strategy Organization in Raritan, NJ. You will lead a global insights center delivering strategic market insights and long-range planning for the Innovative Medicine portfolio.

You will synthesize insights across Therapeutic Areas, manage external data sources, and drive analytics for senior leadership reviews while coordinating with regional teams and research functions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced business, quantitative or life sciences degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Analytics and Insights, including forecasting, market research or CI.
• 5+ years leading insights, analytics or commercial strategy initiatives.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical R&D, regulatory strategy and competitive dynamics.
