You will lead a team and collaborate with Trade Operations, Health Care Compliance and Legal to ensure compliant import/export activities for the Innovative Medicines and Medical Technology segments.

The role requires a track record in global trade compliance, risk management, and leading large cross-functional programs, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of global trade compliance/business experience.
• Licensing or certification in customs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and update enterprise standards in partnership with related compliance functions and regional teams.
• Advise segments on trade regulations and emerging requirements.
• Direct Americas valuation activities with regional teams.
• Establish and measure solutions for data, processes and automation.
• Lead cross-functional forums and manage third-party providers.
