Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech division seeks a Director of Project Osprey Change & Communications in New Brunswick, NJ. You will craft change management and communications across regions, aligning global workstreams with local site plans to ensure adoption of new programs and capital projects.

You will collaborate with sponsors, regional leads, and functional partners to drive strategy, timelines, and engagement. A strong background in change management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Advanced degree in business, change management, communications, organizational development, or a related field is preferred.
• Typically, 10-12 years of relevant change management experience.
• Experience supporting change across cultures, regions, and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated understanding of how individuals and organizations experience, adopt, and sustain change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of change management and communication materials supporting regional and local E&PS Project Osprey activities.
• Develop the E&PS Project Osprey communication strategy and strategic roadmap, and lead implementation of associated plans.
• Partner with global, regional, and functional change and communication leaders to understand critical business requirements, develop action plans and roadmaps, resolve issues, and remove barriers to successful strategy deployment and program delivery.
• Establish and support a network of site- and region-level change agents and communication leads who can execute critical Project Osprey change and communication activities.
• Adapt the change management strategy to reflect situational needs, regional differences, and the perspectives of groups affected by the change.
