Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Director of HWS Operations to support the B2B sales team across all segments. This role reports to the Senior Director and focuses on end-to-end process operationalization, optimization, and change management for better seller adoption and efficiency.

The position offers flexibility with office locations in McLean, VA, Dallas, TX, New York, NY or remote options. You will collaborate with SMEs across Strategy, Support, Analytics, HR, Product, and Technology to coordinate

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, Enablement, or related commercial functions.
• Experience supporting operational transformation or change management in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Understanding of sales operations processes including planning, performance, enablement, systems and workflows.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process optimization and execution to improve efficiency, seller experience and performance.
• Manage operational execution of steady-state sales programs with cross-functional alignment.
• Lead change management for new systems, tools and processes to drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Develop communication strategies, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement plans for programs.
• Monitor health, metrics, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
