Qualifications

• 7+ years HR experience with preboarding/onboarding, US & global activities.
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage timelines.
• Proven impact in a matrixed, multicultural organization with stakeholder influence.
• Deep knowledge of HR practices globally and HR systems proficiency.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, design, and lifecycle of internal onboarding systems and templates.
• Manage vendor relationships for preboarding and onboarding services.
• Own documentation across pre- and onboarding processes (contracts, letters).
• Design end-to-end processes for documentation changes and approvals.
• Lead due diligence to enable informed decisions and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with HRIT, HRBP, Finance, and Legal on cross-functional impacts.
• Monitor tech trends to improve People Services competitiveness.
