Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition Enablement in Tampa, FL. You will lead a team of product managers and analysts to transform TA processes, drive AI-enabled solutions, and partner with HRIT to deploy cutting-edge technologies across global recruitment operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement to enhance candidate and recruiter experiences, with a comprehensive compensation package and on-site Tampa work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or related field, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Experience working closely with HRIT teams on the design and implementation of new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Team Leadership & Alignment: design and execute a multi-year Talent Acquisition transformation roadmap; optimize processes and operating model.
• Technology Innovation & Process Improvement: drive AI tool adoption and modernize Talent technology.
• Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement: oversee BAU design and global recruiting process standardization.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: build relationships across People, IT, and vendors to align with priorities.
