Job summary

Gilead Sciences Inc. is seeking an experienced HEOR professional to join our Global Value and Access team.

In this hybrid role, you will develop and strengthen HEOR studies, support product value propositions, and coordinate with clinical development, medical affairs and market access to optimize payer uptake. The role requires an advanced HEOR degree and 8+ years in pharma or managed care, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years in pharma or managed care with HEOR experience.
Experience designing and executing HEOR studies and models.
Experience developing global value dossiers.
Understanding US/global healthcare systems and reimbursement processes/decision making.
Strong oral and written communication; interpersonal skills.
Experience in viral hepatitis and/or PBC US managed care is a plus.

Responsibilities

Advocate and demonstrate subject matter expertise to support commercialization activities and cross-functional alignment.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop value propositions to optimize access and uptake.
Identify HEOR evidence needs and deliver studies, models and tools for value demonstration.
Contribute HEOR input into clinical development programs.
Collaborate with HEOR COE on PRO strategies development.
Disseminate HEOR data and study results.
