Job summary

Liberty Blume Specialty Finance seeks a Director, Distribution and Funder Engagement to accelerate growth across the US, UK and Europe. You’ll connect client financing needs with banks, funds and non-bank investors, building strategic partnerships that support working capital and structured finance transactions.

London or Denver are accepted, with cross-timezone flexibility for US/UK hours. You will lead funder engagement from outreach to onboarding and deal closure, leveraging your market

Qualifications

• Significant experience in structured or transactional banking.
• Experience in working capital financing distribution.
• Established network of funding partners including non-bank investors.
• Experience with the US funding landscape and managing relationships with US funding institutions.
• Ability to lead discussions through to deal closure.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with banks, funds, non-bank investors and other financing partners across the US, UK and Europe
• Identify suitable funders for working capital and structured finance opportunities, assessing their risk appetite and return expectations
• Lead discussions with potential funding partners from initial engagement through to onboarding and deal closure
• Pitch opportunities alongside origination and product colleagues, helping to shape transactions around client and investor need
• Provide market intelligence on established providers, new entrants and strategic developments across the working capital financing market
• Represent Liberty Blume Specialty Finance in meetings with clients, funding partners and internal stakeholders across the US, UK and Europe
