Hertz is seeking a Director of Franchise Platform in Atlanta to shape and execute a global franchise platform strategy that scales for franchisees. You will own the platform roadmap, balance global consistency with local flexibility, and drive profitability, customer experience, and network performance.

You will partner across regions to deliver initiatives, build an innovation pipeline, and lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or similar is advantageous but not required.
• Extensive franchise development, growth, or expansion experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to evaluate business cases and build growth strategies.

• Lead franchise platform design and build initiatives from business case to launch and benefits realization.
• Own a multi-year roadmap balancing global consistency with regional flexibility.
