Job summary

This role supports CFO and VP, Enterprise & Global Finance Strategy in crafting clear, impactful messages and coordinating executive materials across the Finance organization.

Hybrid role in Chesterfield, MO, focusing on communications, change management, and organizational engagement to reinforce Finance priorities and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required
• Master’s degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) or MBA preferred
• 7+ years of progressive experience in communications, change management, organizational effectiveness, executive support, or related functions
• Experience developing executive-level communications, presentations, and leadership materials
• Experience supporting organizational change, transformation initiatives, or large-scale communications
• Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
• Experience in insurance, reinsurance, financial services, or another highly regulated industry preferred
• Executive Communication – ability to develop high-quality communications, presentations, leadership materials, and messaging

Responsibilities

• Develop, draft, and coordinate executive communications and materials for CFO, VP, Enterprise & Global Finance Strategy, and Finance leadership
• Coordinate materials for Board meetings, Executive Committee, earnings activities, and senior leadership forums
• Support Finance transformation initiatives through change planning, stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption activities
• Prepare presentations and leadership materials for strategic and organizational discussions and track follow-ups
